The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) founded in 1921, as an arm of the globalist elite. While not their stated purpose, they exist to promote and further the agenda of Marxist global corporate elites. Their method is to erase National borders, and squash the sovereignty of not only the individual, but nations as well in order to create a world plantation. The idea is not to elevate the standard of life in "third world" countries, but to lower the standard of life in the industrialized nations (mainly the U.S.). By the taking of the manufacturing that was built upon the technological advances gained through American skill, ingenuity and sweat, and relocating plants to foreign lands, where workers receive pennies a day, they are assuring the corporate masters a windfall return in profits. Then when ALL of the high paying jobs are gone from the land, many skills will be lost and forgotten because of a lack of need, we will lose the ability to perform those jobs. The agenda of furthering the loss of sovereignty can be easily seen in the praising the results of NAFTA. The false claims of improved economic benefits to America, and of improved security (a reduced risk of terrorism or terrorist attacks). The U.S. has recently been invaded and shots fired at Americans, by either military or para-military ( thought by some to be the Mexican drug gang, the "Zetas" ) from Mexico. To imply that we are more secure is nothing short of total fabrication. This report is riddled with lies and deception, and exists only for the purpose of advancing the globalist agenda.

The report claims to value the sovereignty of each country and to value of freedom and "democracy", this too, is a sham. It talks about measures to facilitate faster border crossing for "pre-approved travelers" and systems to identify dangerous people (read pushing for national ID card and/or biometric identification methods). In short, it will simplify international travel for the elite, and complicate it for the rest. It's about developing and implementing a system of total control.the Orwellian nightmare.

Through the establishment of the proposed "central intelligence" system, they are better able to monitor and control the "sheeple". There is reference to "cooperation on counter-terrorism and law enforcement" This is a violation of the U.S. Constitution, in allowing foreign governments to police this country, as I would imagine it is a violation of the other partner countries' constitutions as well. There is much about merging or blending military (and law enforcement) surveillance and forces, joint training exercises, etc. There is talk of "harmonizing" various regulations and procedures, another example of surrendering sovereignty.

Economically, they call on the US and Canada to assist Mexico in developing their infrastructure, educational system and industrial complex. Guess what that means to American taxpayers? Discussion is made about using the "World Bank" and the "Inter American Development Bank" in the development of Mexico. Gee, I wonder if those bankers would benefit from that? They want to establish policies ( A North American Investment Fund) to encourage investment in Mexico, requiring "significant help from the United States and Canada"their words, not mine! More of their words, "the fund should consider such issues as incentives and debt absorption" Congress just passed legislation making bankruptcy more difficult for Americans, but we need to forgive even more debt from foreigners?

They want to expand the reach and powers of NADBank, an eco-nazi bureaucracy that was put in place under the guise of promoting environmentalism along the US/Mexican border.

They want to develop "our"(North America's) various resources (including, but limited to energy), and "exploiting these resources on a long-term sustainable basis", again, their words. I wonder who is expected to pay for the development, who will be economically clubbed by the exploitation, and who stands to profit from it?

They want to press for acceptance of, and compliance with the "Kyoto Protocol", the global Eco-Wacko nonsense designed to "fix" the global warming that does not exist. They plainly state that the Kyoto Protocol "does not cover Mexico and Washington has opted out", their words. Again, another effort to stifle industry in the U.S., and give the advantage to Mexico.
